Cancellation Policy
Please Read My Policy 🫶🏾
I completely understand that things come up, but as a small business owner, last-minute changes and lateness affect my time and ability to serve other clients. To keep things fair, here’s my policy:
• No-Shows & Cancellations: If you need to cancel, you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to receive your deposit back. If you fail to show up to your appointment without any prior communication, a 30% no-show fee will be charged to the payment method on file. This fee is non-refundable and will be required before booking any future appointments.
• Reschedules: You can reschedule with at least 24 hours notice, and your deposit will transfer to your new appointment as long as it is rescheduled within 5 days of the original appointment. If you cannot reschedule within that time frame, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new one will be required to book again.
• Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows: If you cannot make it the day of your appointment, it will be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited. To rebook, you will need to pay a new deposit.
Late Arrivals & Fees
• There is a 10-minute grace period. After that, a $15 late fee will be added to your total.
• If you are 20 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit will not be refunded.
Guest Policy
• No extra guests or children are allowed during your appointment to maintain a peaceful and professional environment.
No Makeup Policy:
• Please arrive to your lash appointment with clean, makeup-free eyes and lashes. If there is any makeup present, a $5 cleaning fee will be added to your service total. This ensures proper retention and the best results for your lash set.
Satisfaction Policy
• If you are dissatisfied with your lash extensions, please reach out within 72 hours to discuss a complimentary service to provide a resolution. However, you must be able to come in for the service within 2 days of reaching out—otherwise, the complimentary service will no longer be available.
If you arrive minutes early to your appointment, please wait out in vehicle until scheduled appointment time. I am home-based & do not have a waiting area so with this being said, If you are doing ride-share, please wait at door until scheduled appointment time. Thank you in advanced 🫶🏾
